Tashé Allen brings extensive experience in human resources, where she developed expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and fostering collaboration, skills she now channels into addressing the diverse needs of her district.

Her initiatives prioritize beautifying neighborhoods, empowering youth, and fostering active community engagement through educational programs and volunteer opportunities. Tashé Allen believes that lasting change comes from collaboration and works hand-in-hand with residents, local leaders, and organizations to develop sustainable solutions for District 3.

Beyond her official duties, Tashé Allen is deeply embedded in the community. She serves on the advisory board of the Flint River Boys and Girls Club, where she supports programs that inspire and uplift local youth.

When not serving her constituents, Tashé Allen enjoys golfing and teaching financial literacy, two passions that reflect her commitment to both personal growth and community development.

She is married to Sheriff Levon Allen, and together they are raising two children with the same values of service and leadership that drive her work.
